I'm excited to share with you a Use Case based on an interesting requirement from one of our customers - the need to bulk create up to 50 or more PDF reports at a time for specific projects and contractors with just one click within your Power App. In this colourful bouquet of Power Platform standard and premium capabilities, I walk you through the step-by-step process of setting up this workflow using expressions, child flows, exception handling, connection references, Word and Adobe PDF Services Connector, as well as good old SharePoint.
You will end up with a workflow that enables you to create X PDF Reports at a time by clicking one Button within Power Apps.
This may not be the most common use case, but I'm confident that there is someone out there who might find this useful, so it's worth sharing. As always, I make no claim that this is the perfect solution, so I welcome any critical feedback that you may have.
