Strangely, in spite of her hate for "half-breeds", Dolores Umbridge did not seem to despise Professor Flitwick, and even gave him a good review. However, it could be because his "half-breed" ancestry comes from a distant relative or it could be she simply saw him as a man with dwarfism. In the film, though, Umbridge is seen patronisingly measuring his height as if there is a height requirement. This most likely was an attempt to make herself feel better about her short stature!
