Amazing and Quick Merguez Sausage Pasta

Using North African Merguez (Lamb) sausage makes an incredible tasty pasta dish that comes together really quick for a weeknight dinner. Romano cheese compliments the lamb along with the bay leaves and fresh basil. We like a little extra garlic so in this video smashed whole cloves were used to flavor the oil but were removed - they could be left in. The immersion blender is used if you want smaller pieces of sausage but again a personal preference.
