In this post we will learn how to How To Install MySQL on Windows 10.
MySQL is a very popular, open source database. Officially pronounced “my Ess Que Ell” (not my sequel). Handles very large databases; very fast performance.
This is a quick step-by-step tutorial to follow along.

02:45 Look for MySQL Community Download Link and Open Link new Tab
02:50 In MYSQL Community Downloads Page, Click on MySQL Installer for Windows Link
04:09 Under MYSQL Community Download Page, Click on Download button for Windows x86 32-bit MSI Installer
04:37 No need to login, just Click on No Thanks just start download
04:45 A window pop up will show, indicate the destination folder
04:50 Click save to start the download process
05:47 Once the download is done, Right click the file and click install
06:09 MySQL Installer wizard will open
06:10 A window will show asking for Setup Type Selection
06:46 Discuss Setup Differences
06:50 Select Setup Type Differences : Developer Default

19:39 Assign MySQL Root Password
20:19 Click Add User Button, A pop window will show
21:40 Nominate User Name, Select Host, and Add user credentials
21:42 Click Ok to add the entry to the list of mySQL User Accounts
21:52 Click Next to go to Windows Service Page
22:42 Click Next to go to Apply Configuration Page
23:28 Click Execute to begin the setup
23:55 Click Log Tab to show the level detail information
24:53 Click Finish to Continue and go to Product Configuration Page
25:45 Click Next to go to MySQL Router Configuration Page
25:26 Click Finish to Continue (No Changes to the window)
25:48 Click Next to go to Samples and Examples for configuration
26:07 Provide Username password to connect to Server - Click Check button
26:34 Click Next to go to Apply Configuration Window
27:04 Click Execute to begin applying the configuration setup
27:27 Click Finish to go to the Product Configuration Page
27:37 Click Next to Complete the Installation
28:27 Click Finish to Launch the MySQL Shell and MYSQL Workbench
29:05 Go to StartMenu to verify the links are created
29:30 Go to run command, type Services, Verify MySQL Instance is running
29:43 Right Click to Stop MYSQL80 Instance
29:52 Right Click to Start MySQL80 Instance
30:26 Go to Windows StartMenu, Browse MySQL Folder and look for MySQL Select Command Line click to open
30:33 Enter Password to go to MySQL Monitor
30:45 Type in Show Databases
31:03 Type in Use World, show Tables
31:23 Type in Select * from City
31:50 Go to MYSQL Workbench, Connect to Databases
32:15 Setup Connection, Select Stored Connection, provide username, port, and password
32:26 Provide Password for Root, store in vault
32:44 Navigation window will appear
33:30 Go to File Explorer, Open Folder ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\
33:38 Look for the my.ini Configuration File open to notepad
33:50 Click Schema
33:47 Expand World Schema, right click and Select rows limit 1000 to show a table resultset
