Officer Mia Brooks and Officer Lo Valentine pull over Officer Savage. He refuses a field sobriety test and is handcuffed and taken into custody. He is required to take the breathalyzer at the station and the officers claim he failed the test but officer Savage said they are lying and want to end his career
