How you #breathe can lead to neck and shoulder tension. Are you a chest breather?

If you chest breathe, you end up using your ACCESSORY BREATHING MUSCLES which are connected to your neck. Constant chest breathing can lead to tight neck muscles, and less lung expansion. Get better oxygen exchange and lung volume by practicing DIAPHRAGM BREATHING!
