In this tutorial, I'll show you how to use a template button to create pre-designed Notion pages. This tip is helpful for quickly creating beautiful, visually stunning Notion dashboards and pages. This Notion Quick Tip also incorporates the use of a synced block menu bar, databasement toggle, and a block-style page layout using custom callout blocks.
PS - I’m so sorry the screen recording was slightly cut off in this video! I didn’t realize until after I finished recording that my screen recording software was set to zoom in. The next video is already fixed. 😉

I'm Tasia (like fantasia), and I'm all about infusing productivity with boundless creativity through the magic of Notion.
I also created Harmonic Vibes Music & Sound Healing to help ADHD & neurosparkly brains manage anxiety & burnout through sound healing & holistic mindset coaching.
I'm sharing my journey as a creative entrepreneur with ADHD to help others find balance between their creative practice and business so they can lead more intentional lives. Outside of this channel, I’m a sound healing artist and Notion Certified Consultant living a creative life (soon to be) on the road in my tiny home on wheels.
For most of my life, I didn’t realize I had ADHD, but once I did, I turned hyperfocus into my professional superpower… until I burned out. Again. And again. And AGAIN.
As a lifelong musician, I’ve always understood the healing power of music, but it was only after I integrated sound healing into my own self-care routine that I was finally able to break the seemingly never-ending ADHD burnout cycle.
Don’t get me wrong – I still have days where my hyperfocus runs away from me and I burn myself out, but thankfully I’m able to bounce back much more quickly now that I have a recovery plan in place.
I’m building my signature HARMONY™ program to help you do the same. Shoot me a DM over on Instagram (@harmonicvibesmusic) with your email address if you want to get on the beta test short-list!
I just want to say thanks for being here. I am psyched to join you on your creative journey. 💜🎶
