"Can I attain Enlightenment on my own?" That is a common question people ask. The question already misunderstands that a "me" gets enlightened. Rather, the "me" is in the way of enlightenment/truth.
But if you can feel the Shakti in the video. If you can feel the peace/bliss/consciousness/silence/goodness/joy, then you give yourself to this Kundalini Shakti and allow it to meditate you, transform you, nurture you and ultimately dissolve all ego so all that is left is the one infinite, nondual bliss consciousness.
