In this doordash driver video, I talk about dash now and the top dasher program.
This video does a deep dive into why doordash dashers can't "dash now" whenever they want. I cover programs DoorDash tries to pass off as incentives, but in actuality, they're nothing more than attempts to make drivers think they're getting something they aren't. This results in bad doordash orders getting delivered much quicker.
I also talk about the Top Dasher program and how DoorDash removed two of the "benefits" of the program. They no longer claim that the top dasher program gives you access to better orders. They also no longer claim that they'll break a tie in your favor is you and another driver are waiting around for an order.
Finally, I talk about the similarities and differences between programs like the "high pay order program" and top dasher. I compare these programs to verifiable financial dasher incentives.
