- How To Create clock countdown timer (Timecode) in premiere pro
Hello premiere pro video editors, today I am going to show you how to create countdown timer and also how to add a timecode to your Videos in premiere pro.
to create this timecode first you need to add
a transparent video into your timeline and set the duration of the transparent video to the desired countdown duration.
now stack your video clip under the transparent video on your timeline, aand from the effects library search for the timecode effect and place this effect unto the transparent video and begin to apply some changes in the effects control library to create the video Timecode. but this only creates a clock counting upwards timer and not the desired countdown effect.
to get a countdown effect, nest your video clip, reverse it and this will turn your video timer into a countdown timer in Premiere Pro
