In CorelDRAW, it is possible to convert a Bitmap image to a Vector image. A Bitmap image is made up of pixels, while a Vector image is made up of mathematical equations that define the shapes and lines in the image. Converting a Bitmap image to a Vector image allows for more flexibility and scalability in the image, as it can be resized without losing quality.
To convert a Bitmap image to a Vector image in CorelDRAW, follow these steps:
Open the Bitmap image in CorelDRAW.
Go to the "Bitmaps" menu and select "Trace Bitmap."
In the "Trace Bitmap" dialog box, select the options for the trace, such as the number of colors, the threshold, and the method.
Click on "OK" to start the trace.
Once the trace is complete, you will see a Vector image on top of the Bitmap image.
Use the "Pick tool" to select the Vector image and delete the bitmap image.
You can now edit, scale and color the vector image as required.
