Simple, delicious 100% whole wheat sourdough bread, made in a bread machine! I'm looking forward to trying this recipe with an autolyse (pre-soaking of flour and water) for more natural sweetness and better crumb structure in the bread (see my other whole wheat sourdough videos linked below).
