The Service Carbine (M16) has been added to GTA Online - here's how to get it. A bunch of random players seem to have received the Special Carbine by accident. This is a glitch and was not meant to be happen. For most players, the special carbine will become available at some point soon via the drip feed content. To unlock it you will need to gather 5 collectibles from 10 possible spawn locations.
