This is part 2 of "Kenneka arrived at the hotel at around 9.30pm according to a witness" video. Determining whether the eyewitness's account is true or false, requires cross referencing or matching details from various different types of information that can be found in the files, with what the witness says. From the very beginning, surveillance has made the majority of party goers look like liars. Surveillance is literally useless when trying to match statements made by party goers because of the edits made to the footage. It is not uncommon for police to manipulate the facts to support the narrative they wish the convey to the court of public opinion. The majority would normally subscribe to said narrative, with no questions asked, trusting that what they are shown is the absolute truth. In Kenneka's case, trusting any of the information supplied by the hotel and police is difficult. This is mainly because when trying to cross reference what is said in one document with what is said in another may conflict and/or make little or no sense at all, especially if you try to use the surveillance footage. To add to that dilemma is the fact that public themselves went about manufacturing their own evidence to support what they believed.
