Preparation of MS media for tissue culture

For tissue culture we need a medium for our explant to grow . A medium which contains all nutrients (organic and inorganic nutrients), amino acids and vitamins so that explant is cultured and grown in-vitro condition. Most of the times we use ms medium(Murashige and skoog medium). The one we prepared and displayed in video.
