In Rising Storm 2, one benefit of using Punji traps in an area you know you'll be defending is that if a G.I. disarms the trap, you'll know exactly where they'll be. So, Punji traps can serve as a G.I. Detection System when all else fails. For today I'm going to be experimenting with only posting one short a day (as opposed to my RDR2 short at noon and an RS2 short soon after). Just interested in seeing what the Algorithm will do with that. If you don't like this, let me know! I've been meaning to try and edit a short (or really any footage) in this way, where I set two different goals and 'themes' for the same clips. It's an exercise in video editing creativity, I guess. So, today's short is essentially a two-for-one deal. Personally the edit using the MGS2 stealth music is my favorite, but you might like the other more. Let me know! Also, I think I'll definitely do a longer video sometime using the MGS2 stealth music, although it'll of course be a video using G.I. footage. Though when that'll happen, I don't know. Soon™? Probably not. Rising Storm 2: Vietnam is the final installation to date of the Red Orchestra franchise, developed by Tripwire Interactive and Antimatter Games. It is a fast-paced tactical shooter set in the Vietnam war, where players face off in the context of asymmetrical warfare and aim to control the objectives of the day.
