Boss and Pin Welding Repair!

 

Replacing BADLY worn Bosses and pins on this Kubota loader. This machine has been used and abused. I replaced the pins a few months back but I guess they stopped taking grease at some point, so they stopped greasing it! This thing gives me a rough time coming apart, but will going back together be easier?! These are the rough days as a repair welder. I’m not a magician but I’m often asked to play one.
