National Police Agency Special Operations Group (abbreviation: NPASOG). Established in 1992, it is subordinate to the First Division of the Security Police of the Ministry of the Interior. It is responsible for the execution and support of anti-terrorist operations, anti-hostage taking, major violent cases, and high-risk public security tasks. ), British Special Firearms Command (SCO19), German Federal Police Ninth Frontier Guard Group (GSG9), French National Gendarmerie Intervention Group (GIGN), Hong Kong Police Force Special Task Company (SDU), Japan Metropolitan Police Agency Special Shock Anti-terrorist forces such as SATs (SAT) are of the same level. Because of the team's name of "Security" and the same red, blue and white lightning armband on the right arm, it is often confused with the security personnel of the Secret Service Center (remainers) and the special task police force of the county and city police station (commonly known as the Thunder Team). In fact, the team is not responsible for the escort work of government officials, and its training standards, training content, equipment for duty, and the nature of tasks are far from those of the county and city Perak team.
