Today is exactly 5 years since Nora has started practicing the Wim Hof Method, therefore we decided to share a minute of this wonderful daily routine with you. The method consists of three main components: cold exposure, conscious breathing and meditation. When done on a regular basis, it brings enourmous benefits for the body and mind. Just to name a few: energy boost, magnified focus, mindfullness, stress tolerance (on physiological and emotional level), reduction of inflammation (chronic and acute), strengthening the immune system (innate and adaptive), alleviating anxiety and depression, opening your potentials, and so on and on and on.
