Sar Kata Insan (The Beheaded Man) was a hit in its home country of Pakistan back in 1991. A psychotronic movie with a little bit of everything (horror, sci-if, action, comedy, romance, musical numbers, religious messaging) about a man who has lost his head resurrected by a mad scientist and it only gets wilder from there. Especially in this scene in which the titular beheaded man is brought back to life and goes on a rampage in the scientist's lab. No rights given or implied. Maybe one day this film will get released to Western audiences?
