This is a self help video that shows you how to perform Cisco IP phone firmware (old 3PCC firmware to newer 3PCC firmware) upgrade using a local DHCP/TFTP server. 1.) Please note you need to have proper CCO access to download the IP phone firmware from the Cisco website. 2.) The XML file was sourced from a 3PCC phone and was updated as show in the video to allow the IP phone to perform the firmware upgrade using a local DHCP/TFTP server. 3.) If you need help with your telephony project consider leveraging a qualified Cisco VAR.
