Blob is optimized for storing big amount of unstructured data. Unstructured data doesn't adhere to a particular data model or definition such as binary data. Example : Audio/Video files and images. Block Blob: Block blobs are optimized for uploading large amounts of data efficiently. Block blobs are comprised of blocks, each of which is identified by a block ID Append Blob: An append blob is comprised of blocks and is optimized for append operations. When you modify an append blob, blocks are added to the end of the blob only, via the Append Block operation Page Blob: Page blobs are a collection of 512-byte pages optimized for random read and write operations.A write to a page blob can overwrite just one page, some pages, or up to 4 MiB of the page blob What is Storage Account?
