Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make a Blue Dolphin Martini. This is a variation of the Vodka Martini. This variation contains Peach Schnapps and Blue Curacao. Like any Vodka Martini the vodka comes through clear as a bell but its rounded with the orange and peach flavors. Tell me what you think.

BLUE DOLPHIN
1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
.5 oz/22.5 ml Peach Schnapps
.5 oz/2.55 ml Blue Curacao
Method
1. Add all ingredients to the mixing glass.
2. Stir with ice for 60 seconds or until desired dilution is reached.
3. Pour into Martini glass and enjoy.
