How to practice Dangling pose with Lisette Loogman This grounding yin yoga pose calms down our nervous system and allows our heart rate to slow down ♡ In this standing yin yoga pose we are stretching out our entire back body whilst compressing the front side of our bodies and organs. As we are inverting we are improving our blood circulation and boosting our nervous system. Because we compress our stomach we aid our digestive.
