Sailor Moon Dubs - Visual Censorship

I have always found the ways dubs throughout the world have censored Sailor Moon interesting. Some of these are pretty strange, but I understand the reasoning behind them. I am aware the first Korean dub cut out all Japanese text and some other dubs (like DiC) would translate the text on signs and visually edit it (Ex: DiC's Crossroads JR High shot) but I didn't want to include too many things done for adaptation reasons, only censorship. I don't think I included everything, if I missed something, let me know.
