TODAY'S GOSPEL: Mark 16:9-15 The Gospel of Mark reminds us of the beauty and mystery of our faith. We have seen that the 11 apostles who doubted the early witnesses of the resurrection of the Lord eventually became the very people to whom Jesus entrusted the mission of the Church. This is a beautiful representation of Jesus’ trust in us, that we are always worthy, no matter our doubts and trepidations. As we approach the celebration of the Divine Mercy tomorrow, let us pray over our doubts, our anxieties, and fears. That in the midst of all the troubles brought about by the pandemic, may we be a source of hope and of new life, which represents the resurrection of the Lord.
