Fix Sony Vegas sfppack1_x64.dll install error

Did a clean install on my PC because it's spring cleaning time. Ran into this issue again. Written instructions below. 1) Leave installer open on error 2) open file explorer and type %appdata% in the path bar 3) move up one folder then go to local - temp - sonyinstall (or something similar) 4) install the redist file 5) restart your computer and run vegas installer again
