Here are my thoughts on this second installment of the MonsterVerse after giving it a rewatch in anticipation of the new movie's release this month. If you ask me, this review is a bit of a mess. As I was editing, a number of things came up that I wished I'd mentioned or I wished I'd phrased differently. I'm not as satisfied with the final product as I'd like to be.
