A common question we get is "how do you teach "later"? The way I've generally modeled it is words that she can have/do (food, outside, play) - just not at this exact moment - get the response of "later", and words she can never have/do get the response of "no".⠀ ⠀ In this instance, I said "no" in front of "outside", which isn't typical.
