Week in my life in France | Grieving, Organizing and Self Love
This video shows a week in my life in France and how I deal with grief. It is a new year and it's time to start these new beginnings with self love by practicing yoga and meditation, organizing my home and learning to live in the now. This new year started out with the loss of my beloved dog Kingston which has been tough but I am so grateful for our soul connection and the signs he gives me from up above. Wishing you all love and light.
