Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test suitable for turbo trainer, rollers or indoor bike. This 20 minute workout is designed so you can calculate your FTP from an all out 5 minute effort. This is a tried and tested format, used to great effect by my clients to calculate their FTP. Taking 20 minutes in total and including; * 10 minute Warm Up… * 5 minute FTP Test * 5 minute Cool Down On screen instructions given to complete the FTP test and how to calculate your FTP and training zones. Optional Excel spreadsheet available, on request, to auto calculate training zones from your test result.
