A'lot can fall through the cracks very quickly especially if your onboarding a'lot of clients at once. We've begun dialling in everything into Asana so we have 1 central location where all deliverables & tasks live... this way we can better identify what falls through the cracks.. It doesn't take much to see the value of using a PM tool, but it only really makes sense once your team is big enough to where you can no longer track what's going on & who is over capacity VS who is under....
