Can Aluminum Cases be Reloaded? - Aluminum 45 Auto in the LEE Loader

Can "throw-away" aluminum cases be reloaded with a "Whack-A-Mole"? I've reloaded some in the past with normal dies for lost brass situations like shooting on a snow covered range or places that don't allow pickup. This time around, I ran a batch through the 45 Auto LEE Loader. I don't mind the aluminum cased ammo; I've purchased several boxes on clearance for use at a local indoor range that requires the use of commercially loaded ammo. Normally, I don't keep the aluminum cases - occasionally they find their way into my range brass bucket - I've set them aside in many different chamberings.
