Tooth removal with string

Now you know how I've been suffering with a wobbly tooth, well I'm sick of it. I'm not on any NHS service for teeth so I have to pay private. It costs me £65 for one tooth removing. I do need to go to the dentist to get a new top set and two more removed (not quite there yet) but I'm a bit concerned about the covid situation so not very comfy with going at the mo. As an interim fix I'll remove the offending tooth with a bit of string. There's no pain involved here because the tooth is already dead, when the tooth hurts it's not actually the tooth it's the gums which are inflamed. You know when you get the odd tooth that wobbles a bit and every now and then 'plays up' a bit? These type of teeth are candidates for this when they finally become dislodged from the jaw bone and gets sore and wobble fully. See how quick and painless this really was, speed is the key to it being completely painless. I reckon the speed of pulling the tooth is faster than the nerve can register so it never sends a signal - just guessing on that of course. Many thanks Les Pickin
