Kayleigh Smith from Sweco presents the Montana Project in Bergen, a renovated neighborhood where climate targets were met by paying close attention to the local community and the resources already in place. Kayleigh has worked for over a decade with sustainable development and process management and is really passionate about steering the industry in the right direction. She has a master's degree in Engineering Management from Australia and quickly found her place in the construction industry. ‘There is something with the feeling when you plan and design safe neighborhoods that your grandkids will play and grow up in.’ Kayleigh has worked with BREEAM-NOR for many years and knows how important it is to have common ambitions, ownership, and continuous follow-up to ensure success This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
