I'll likely do another recording when the Step 3 DLC is out and when the Step 4 epilogue is out. I really wish my mouse wheels would stop dying.

Edit: I did end up redoing a slight part of Step 3. The only big changes are:
-Picking High instead of Medium
-Changed the room appearance.
-Told Cove about his dad's bribe
