The Right Way and the Wrong Way: 6/8 Marches

There are two main reasons why pipers always complain about the way drummers play 6/8 marches. First, drummers don't pay attention to the underlying "dot/cut" subdivision. Second, drummers play the quarter/eighth rhythm (commonly used when playing six and seven stroke rolls) as two equal notes. These two issues, if resolved, will make every pipe major much happier!
