Acharya Shree also discusses that it is possible to get enlightened in this current life, though one must go through the difficult process of inviting karma so it can be burned. It's not necessary for the body one has had the power and strength to burn a lot of karma. He discourages hurting your body in attempting to grow spirituality as it may make your body weak or make the mind go crazy. Guidance is especially important on this journey. Enlightenment is not predictable -- neither God nor a master can tell you with 100% certainty because even in the last moment, you can lose it.
