This was captured on September 29, 2020 from a program break on LPB. This bumper was introduced in 1999 with the PBS Kids rebrand and its purpose was to teach children to count to three in a fun and interactive way. This bumper was commonly seen during program breaks from the Bookworm Bunch Saturday morning block from 2000-2004. NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED
