I will be talking about the best and fastest way to level 70!
I will talk about what skills to use, what passives to use, what path to take and so much more...

Leveling guide:
1) Create a character, equip wings and pet. Make sure you save and close before you do the challenge rift
2) Start a game on T1.
3) Open the challenge rift bag, Hire the templar, check the weapons from templar and enchantress, take the best one.
4) Train mystic and blacksmith. Buy armor from merchands.
5) Craft 2H 70 axe or mace and roll for level requirement reduction.
6) Craft al these weapons: 1H axe (5), Dagger (10), all 2H axes beginning from lv16 up to the weapon reduced Lv requirement. (don't use to much veiled crystals! You can convert materials at the cube if you run out of veiled crystals)
7) Transmogrify these weapons for safety.
8) Go to Runes of Secheron Torment 1
9) Go back once you enter Elder sanctum. Buy rings and amulets and new armor from merchands.
10) Get cube. Go back to town, put the game on Torment 6.
11) Craft a lv70 2H scythe, upgrade rare item in the cube. Extract that power in to the cube.
12) Spend Bloodshards on Kadala.
13) Go to temple of the firstborn on T6.
14) Do this over and over again. Focus on massacre bonus. Buy from merchands everytime you reset the game. (focus on toughness)
