Learn how to tie the figure eight knot in this quick and easy video.
In this short video I provide some background information while demonstrating how to tie the Figure Eight Knot. Following along you should be able to learn how to tie this knot in ten seconds. Of course feel free to practice along as often as you'd like.
The Figure Eight knot, or Figure of Eight knot is a fundamental stopper knot which is used during camping, sailing, rock climbing, and any time a reliable stopper knot is required. The figure eight stopper knot is a foundation knot and the basis for several other variations of the knot including the figure eight loop and the figure eight bend.
This is a very easy knot to learn and tie I've included it the "intermediate" knots found in my video 9 Knots You Should Know. https://youtu.be/FUOSmvnANh4
I hope you enjoy this video.
Thanks for watching 🙂
