Easy Pinoy Style Chicken Karaage

Karaage is a Japanese cooking technique in which various foods—most often chicken, but also other meat and fish—are deep fried in oil. The process involves lightly coating small pieces of the meat or fish with flour, or potato or corn starch, and frying in a light oil. The foods are marinated prior to coating. Ingredients: 1/2 kg Breast/Thigh Chicken Fillet 1 bulb Garlic 1 small Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/8 cup Vinegar Potato Starch/ cornstarch Cooking oil
