When a woman calls 9-1-1 to report that her husband is acting erratically after an altercation with the neighbors, the call taker wants to know what all the yelling in the background is about. It turns out the caller's mother-in-law is doing her best to calm him down -- but apparently he can't be soothed, and she resorts to spanking him.
