A 17-year-old form three student from Mbita Town has surprised his community after he innovated a radio transmitter and a station using locally sourced materials like old motherboards and other electronic gadgets. Steve Biko Odhiambo uses the radio transmitter that he assembled by himself to pass educational messages and to entertain the community in Suba.
