Mind control is an ability on Nyx that takes control of a single enemy, forcing them to turn on their enemies and support you directly, while also being immune to ally fire and storing damage taken until the ability ends, often killing them. For the first few seconds damage can be stored into the target to amplify their base damage, and when put on these 7 Warframes using the Helminth system you can improve this even further.
Note that these are generally just my opinions on what is the best, you may find any of these more or less useful than i have described depending on your own playstyle. Hopefully this will just give you an idea on if it's worth doing or not for yourself, as there are 'better' abilities to use in this system.
