If you're on any social media platform, you will see this adorable realistic looking dog that is a toy and "moves" around. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY THIS TOY!! It looks like one of the prized teddy bears that you can win on a vending machine. Their customer service hotline is a non-working number, they aren't responding to my emails, and worst of all, they are deleting my comments off their social media pages. This teddy bear is made in China- it is not handcrafted. This teddy bear also gets shipped to you in a plastic bag, not a cute box as advertised. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY ARE NOT 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Purchased from : www.gooddealsus.com ***UPDATE: I was able to get a response from the seller, who offered to refund me $3.50. I disputed the charge on PayPal, which had to go through the seller, and they offered to refund me $7.00. I decided to direct the complaint directly to PayPal and told PayPal this company is a fraud, their advertisement is misleading, and completely false advertising. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Instagram: Ivysfood
