Mikey Sutton just officially launched his website Geekositymag.com and with it came a bunch of new scoops which I’ll be covering over the next few days, but today’s report talks about Galactus introduction to the MCU and he starts off by saying He’s not a villain; he’s merely hungry, a cosmic God with an appetite for planets. In the MCU, Galactus will finally be shown in his Jack Kirby glory, a regal, ethereal figure. He is also morally grey, one who would rather consume uninhabited planets to feed on unless, of course, there is no alternative at the moment. Sure, enough, Galactus will destroy worlds with billions of lives, striking terror throughout space. According to my sources, currently, the plan is to not have Galactus be the Big Bad until the third Fantastic Four movie. Until then, he’ll be teased, and built up in the same way Thanos was built up from the first Avengers movie until Endgame. When Galactus appears, he‘s going to have the Silver Surfer temporarily with him. "Temporarily" because, spoiler alert, the Surfer will betray him, only to have Johnny Storm's girlfriend Frankie Raye take his place. There's no script or filmmakers attached yet but the game plan is being outlined. Fantastic Four 3 is just the beginning for Galactus, as he will take an even larger role in Secret Wars. And in other scoops, Mikey elaborated on both the Silver Surfer and Frankie Raye saying One of the MCU's most alien of superheroes will, ironically, be among its most human. The Surfer was among the characters that Fox previously handled which was received well by many fans. But Marvel Studios wants to probe deeper into his psyche, find the beating heart underneath his metallic frame. It’s through Masters that the Surfer regains his empathy, suppressed by Galactus' psychological hold to keep him submissive. The Surfer was always Stan "The Man" Lee's most thoughtful of protagonists, a being of immense power who'd rather have peace in his life. Early discussions have been to explore his origins as Norrin Radd, give the audience a reason to care about him, explore the tragedy of his life, and how he ends up betraying Galactus by choosing humanity over him. But before he arrives at that conclusion, the Surfer is being planned to strike against the MCU's heavy weaponry, not just the Fantastic Four but perhaps Thor as well. And then he says The man on fire is in love. Johnny Storm has fallen for a new girl, a gorgeous redhead named Frankie Raye. One of the priorities for Marvel Studios when they debut the Fantastic Four into the MCU is to flesh out the characters in ways that Fox didn't do. And there are several decades of comic books that Marvel Studios will pull from. They're thinking of building up Raye as Johnny's dream girl; his Mary Jane, if you will. The Fantastic Four is still early in development but Raye is on their radar. After the Silver Surfer is introduced as the herald of Galactus, it’s a job that Norrin Radd doesn't have for long. But who will take his place? And there lies the tragedy of Johnny's love for Raye as she becomes Galactus' new herald, just like she did in John Byrne's classic '80s Fantastic Four comics. Raye appeared in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, but Marvel Studios wants to make her soar as a cosmic power, one that could provide a challenge for even Captain Marvel. Now Frankie Raye is called Nova but she actually has the same powers as the Human Torch as she was accidentally doused by Horton Cells when she was younger as her Step-Father was Phineas T. Horton who you may know as the creator of the original Android Human Torch who would later go on to fight Namor the Submariner. And it would tie into Captain America the First Avenger as we saw the android in a glass case at the World’s Fair Exhibition.
