If you have ever forgotten password , the only way is to forget about the old password and reset your laserjet pro 400 m401dn printer. factory reset by control panel and permanent initialization by power off first .. Then, holding and cover the right corner/left corner of the control panel when powering on.. Release your finger when you are seeing “permanent initialization…”
After it completed and return to ready, it indicates the reset is finished.
