Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1kg boneless chicken breast cut into medium peices
water in a jug
1 large onion finely sliced
1 cup/200g of natural yoghurt
1/2 cup/120g almonds
1.5 teaspoon salt & chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder & desiccated coconut
2 bayleaves, 2 small cinnamon sticks, 8 green green cardamoms, 4 cloves & 6 black peppercorns
1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste (fresh)
masala mix- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 cloves, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick & 4 black peppercorns (grind to a powder)
almonds, peeled & halved for garnishing
