Blast of highly explosive material kills dozens, injures thousands in Beirut, Lebanon

Huge explosions rocked Lebanon's capital city, killing dozens of people and injuring thousands more, and sending an enormous blast wave across the city. The blast was seen around the city, and eyewitnesses suffered injuries likened to war wounds. CBS News foreign correspondent Charlie D'Agata reports.
